Flowers, fruit and birds coexist with the typical geometric lines and patterns of Memphis in this wild ensemble of forms known as Riviera, a carpet in pure wool created by the French designer Nathalie Du Pasquier in 1983.
Warm tones of turquoise, yellow and orange bring harmony and balance to these very different elements. The rigid spatial organization of the composition is interrupted and masked by the sinuous impact of the vibrant botanical forms, halfway between exotic flowers and birds, seemingly left free to move around on the surface.
100% Tibetan wool rug, hand-knotted on traditional loom. Available in two sizes. As the carpet is made by hand dimensions and colours may vary from the image.
