Quisisiana (from the Latin quid est sana, which means “what is healthy”) is the melodious name chosen by Sottsass for this lamp that assembles interconnected geometric forms in a harmonious movement. The ceiling lamp has been initially envisioned as part of the décor of the Grand Hotel of the same name in Capri, the lamp soon gained great popularity as an avant-garde design piece.
